Shipping policy

At The Baddie Shop we are committed to providing you the upmost quality products and customer service. Please ensure that billing and shipping address matches to avoid order cancellations or issues during checkout. Standard order processing is 1-3 business days for processing with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping. During major sales, our order processing time is 7 to 14 business days. If you have a specific deadline to meet please visit us in store.

Your order will ship once payment and processing time clears (depending on the method you selected) at checkout.  For orders placed prior to 2pm (CST) order processing will begin that business day, If placed after 2pm (CST) an additional day will be required for processing.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays DO NOT count as a business day, and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS & FEDEX to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges or cancellation of order.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We do understand how much of an inconvenience this may cause. However, we ask if you experience this issue please contact USPS or FEDEX immediately to file a claim. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. If you will not be home at the time of delivery please contact USPS or FEDEX to make them aware of this to either reschedule delivery or allow you to pick the package up at your local post office with picture ID.
