At The Baddie Shop, all sales are FINAL. Due to limited inventory and small-batch quantities, we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit—both in-store and online.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through The Baddie Shop—including online orders, in-store purchases, pop-ups, promotional items, discounted items, and sale merchandise—are final sale.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
- Store credit
- No exceptions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed or a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason.
Sizing, Fit & Product Details
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and images before purchasing. We are not responsible for sizing or fit issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are inspected prior to shipment and sale. If you receive an item that is clearly defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and/or video evidence.
Approved claims (at our discretion) may result in a replacement of the same item only, if available. Refunds and exchanges are not offered.
Worn or Altered Items
We do not accept claims for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Shipping Policy Reference
Shipping-related matters, including delivery times, carrier responsibility, delays, and lost or stolen packages, are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Expectations Policy, which customers agree to at checkout.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargebacks or payment disputes related to final sale items will be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, tracking, and policy acknowledgment.
