Shipping & Delivery Expectations

At The Baddie Shop, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery expectations prior to placing your order.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and USPS carrier volume. At this time, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or new product launches. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and delivery status.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, The Baddie Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping disputes, delivery issues, or carrier delays must be addressed directly with USPS at usps.com using your tracking number.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, including but not limited to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier operational delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Baddie Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to address errors will require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.

No Shipping Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, refused deliveries, incorrect addresses, or undeliverable shipments.

Chargebacks & Shipping Disputes

Chargebacks related to shipping, delivery delays, or packages marked as delivered by USPS will not be honored. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping and delivery terms.
